Preorder & Sales Policy
All sales are final.
Because our flowers, bulbs, corms, tubers, seeds, and other seasonal products are ordered specifically for each growing season, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been placed.
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and may change due to weather, harvest conditions, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a product becomes unavailable before shipment, Blue Yarrow reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable variety of equal or greater value or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, you must email us within 24 hours of deliveryand include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the shipping box

• The shipping label

• Packaging materials

• The damaged item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

Claims received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement, substitution, or refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
Blue Yarrow is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Packages delayed by the shipping carrier.

• Packages left unattended after delivery.

• Damage caused by weather after delivery.

• Improper storage, handling, or planting after delivery.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within the seasonal shipping window listed for each product.
Because our products are seasonal and weather dependent, shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Blue Yarrow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other transportation issues.
